  • 4 rice paper sheets
  • 10oz grilled chicken
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 red cabbage leaves
  • 2tbs yogurt
  • 1ts mustard
  1. Wash and peel vegetables.
  2. Cut the carrots, cucumber, and pepper into sticks.
  3. Chop cabbage and lettuce.
  4. Dip rice paper sheets into warm water, for 10 seconds each.
  5. Put veggies and chicken in the rice paper sheet and wrap it into the roll.
  6. Mix yogurt and mustard – it will be a dipping sauce on the side.
Recipe Notes

Don’t hold rice sheet paper in water for too long.  While wrapping veggies into the roll, a rice sheet should stick easily forming into a single unit.
